Whilst Parish and Town Councils may have more limited resources than the Borough or County Authority, Parish and Town Councils can still be a very important force for good in their local areas to address the climate and ecological emergency.

The purpose of this section of the website is to provide some advice for those Town and Parish Councils who want to do their bit to help South Hams and Devon become net zero by 2050.
